Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In high volume periods, there may be a slight delay. 

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times (Estimates)

Shipping: You should receive your product in between 3–5 business days*.

*This is an estimate. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

4. International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Somnelux is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We currently only ship to the UK. Please contact us for other shipping considerations by emailed info@somnelux.co.uk. 

 

5. How to Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses are not accepted as delivery addresses.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible. See our returns policy for more details.
